a little about me... my name is

I'm a mom, daughter, partner, and friend with a Master's in Public Health who's lived through divorce, heartbreak, custody battles, and multiple engagements that weren't quite right. I've been the woman staring at her closet wondering who she is now. The one pretty sure menopause was trying to kill her. I've been the one wondering if real love after 40 was even possible because you HAVE to believe it to receive it. I am the one constantly evolving in my own self care so that I can be my best and share that wholly with others. 

Through all of it—the detours, the mistakes, the moments I thought I'd never recover from—I learned something revolutionary: There is no perfect path. There's only YOUR path.

With my background in public health, I understand the science of wellbeing. But it was my own messy, beautiful journey that taught me the real truth: you can't find authentic intimacy, genuine style, or meaningful adventures from a depleted place.

I created Navigating YOUR World because I refuse to sell you another quick fix. I've been there. I've bought those promises. They don't work because they ignore the most important variable: you. I believe in small, intentional changes that compound into the life you actually want. I believe you're not too old or TOO anything — you're just navigating a world moving digitally at lightning speed while trying to honor your own rhythm.

 

And I believe your world deserves to be navigated on your terms, at your pace, without apology.

I've found my "just right"—not by following someone else's formula, but by doing the work. And I'm here to walk alongside you as you do the same.
